Shipping.

We use Australia Post for all shipping. Your vacuum bags should arrive within 3-7 working days of placing an order.

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at the time of order.

Returns or Exchange

We are happy to help if you have made an incorrect choice, but of course, you will need to pay for the shipping cost. Simply send an email to our customer service team and follow the steps below.

Email customerservice@vacuumbag.net.au to obtain a return authorization number.

Include your vacuum cleaner brand and model.

Pack the item in its original condition in the original manufacturer's packaging. Bags must not be opened.

Ship it back to us within seven days of receipt. We will then ship the correct bag to you. please note that additional charges or credits may be made if the replacement bags differ in cost from your original order.
